i saw it one august eve whilst sipping liquor from a cruel glass -- so cruel not even a mongolian could finish its contents. i tell you i was goddamn plastered. what is it building up there? i asked myself, watching as a swirling paw brushed a jewel from its eye and winked.
and i began to think of a life that would end one day, when i would no longer exist as he whom i have grown to understand; perhaps i might join the dream nebula up there, sending blessings to lonely hearts who have only their dark ambitions to ponder and dwell upon. i might join the dream nebula as a jewel, caressed from a lash and cast away; am i not already living in the dream nebula i say, and by day whooshed to this human form, a fool?
